Weekend Tours of the Hunley

Hunley tours are available every Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM and Sunday Noon - 5 PM. Last tour begins at 4:40 PM. The Guided portion of the tour showing the submarine in her conservation tank will last approximately 20 minutes.

Tours are not available on weekdays so scientists can continue their work preserving the Hunley for future generations.

Tickets ordered in advance are $16.00 for adults and $8.00 for students/youth ages 6-17 , plus a service charge and can be purchased by either calling toll-free 1-877-448-6539 (1-877-4HUNLEY) or by clicking the tour dates below. Children under 5 are free.

Walk-up tickets are also available on a first come, first serve basis. These tickets do not have a service charge. Tickets for Friends of the Hunley members are $12.00 and senior citizens and military are discounted to $14.00.

Directions to the Warren Lasch Conservation Center

From Interstate 26

• From I-26: Take exit 216-B, Cosgrove Avenue North.

• At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Spruill Avenue.

• At the next light, turn right onto McMillian.

• At the next light, turn right onto Hobson Avenue.

• Go approximately 1 mile and turn left onto Supply Street.

• You will pass Commissioners of Public Works building with a

blue roof and the Lasch Conservation Center will be directly on

your left.
